He served as a Armour Crewman in Lord Strathcona\u2019s Horse and spent many years supporting the Artillery and Engineers at the Kemball Armoury in Trail, BC. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bclocalnews.com\/news\/remembering-trail-veterans\/\">Vern passed on in Trail BC on October 2018<\/a>.
